If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
Planning to give a necklace as a gift? We’ll automatically extend the time frame to 14 days after you give the necklace to the recipient.
Interested in exchanging for a different necklace? That’s cool with us, too—the same policy + time frame applies.
If your necklace has any visible signs of wear, damage, or alteration, it may not be eligible for a return/exchange. Also, we’ll need your return/exchange to be shipped back in its original packaging, so be sure to hold on to that for a couple of weeks.
To return or exchange your order, send an email to email@example.com (be sure to include your order number). You’ll be responsible for shipping your necklace(s) back to us. Once received, we’ll inspect + process your refund or exchange within 1-2 weeks.
