Our lifetime warranty is short and simple:

If your necklace breaks, we’ll fix it free of charge for the rest of your life. 

This warranty also covers any material or manufacturing defects with your necklace chain, jump ring, or charm.

We intentionally over-engineered our necklaces with reinforced materials and components to guarantee they’ll last a lifetime—which makes us 100% confident that they simply will not break. We‘ll forever stand behind the quality and durability of our pieces.

To request a warranty repair, just send a photo of your damaged piece to support@arkandarmor.com (be sure to include your order number and a brief description of what went wrong). You’ll be responsible for shipping your necklace back to us, and we’ll take it from there.

Our warranty does not cover lost/stolen items, tarnishing/scratches that comes with normal wear and tear, or improper use/storage of your necklace. If your piece is modified or worked on in any way by a third party, your warranty will become void.
