If your necklace breaks for any reason, we'll fix it for free.

Our warranty also covers any material or manufacturing defects with your necklace chain, split ring, or charm.

Our warranty does not cover lost/stolen items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, or improper use/storage of your necklace. If your piece is modified or worked on in any way by a third party, your warranty will become void.

Our strong curb chains are made with marine-grade stainless steel, our detailed medals are forged with solid sterling silver coated in a protective lacquer finish, and our inseparable connecting rings are crafted with thick stainless steel wire curled into a tight coil.

Definitely. Our necklaces are hypoallergenic, so they're comfortable to wear all day, every day for those with sensitive skin.

To clean your necklace, wash it in warm soapy water (or just wear it in the shower).

Ark & Armor pieces were designed to look rugged, so don't worry if you notice your necklace antiquing slightly over the years.

Make no mistake, our necklaces are waterproof, sweatproof, tarnish resistant, and built to last a lifetime (learn more here).

Still, all metal can naturally tarnish when exposed to common everyday items that contain sulfur, such as leather, rubber, chlorine, cleaning products, saltwater, and even air pollution.

We think our necklaces look best with some character, but if you decide you want to keep your piece looking bright and new, simply polish it with a silver polishing cloth.

You can find an estimated restock date for your necklace near the top of the product page (look for the green dot).

Be sure to tap the orange "Get Notified When It's Restocked" button and enter your email address so you don't miss the next restock.

Shipping

Our necklaces are prayerfully made + packed by hand in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida and ship within 2-3 business days.

You'll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order leaves our HQ.

For starters, know that we'll do whatever it takes to make sure you receive your order.

If your tracking information hasn't updated for over 48 hours and your package appears to be lost in the mail, please go through the following steps before reaching out:

1. Wait 2 business days after your expected delivery date as listed on the USPS website. If the USPS website does not list an expected delivery date, please wait 5-7 business days after you receive your "Order Shipped" email. Sometimes packages are delayed in transit by USPS and arrive a bit later than expected.

2. Call your local US Post Office directly (not 1-800-ASK-USPS) to ask about the status of your package. You can find a phone number for your local post office here.

3. Follow the directions provided by your local US Post Office. Typically, they’ll ask for a few more days while they attempt to find your package.

4. Submit a missing package report on the US Post Office website and wait for the final package search to be completed. You can find the missing package report submission form here.

If you’ve followed the above steps and your package still hasn’t been located—or if you're struggling to get through the process—contact us and we'll jump in to assist.

All Ark & Armor packages include one metal box that contains all of the pieces included in your order—it's perfect for gifting.

If you'd like to have multiple boxes included in your package, please contact us before placing your order to talk through your options.

Yes, you can make a change as long as you haven't received the "Order Shipped" email—just contact us and we'll help you out.

We're happy to ship our necklaces to many countries across the world.

International orders require 7-21 days in transit before delivery, and the shipping cost ranges from $10-15 (transit time + price vary by country—see the shipping method screen at checkout fordetails).

International customers are individually responsible for all VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, and/or customs clearance charges required by their country for importing our jewelry.

If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.

We hope you love your gift. But, if you don’t, our full return + exchange policy still applies—we'll just need the order number and original customer name for the gift.

Payment

Payments are accepted through PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, or credit/debit card (see the site footer for a full list of accepted cards).

We also accept split payments via Shop Pay Installments.

Per United States tax laws, we charge sales tax on orders from Florida.

International customers are individually responsible for all VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, and/or customs clearance charges required by their country for importing our jewelry.

When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into 4 equal, biweekly installment payments—with 0% interest, no hidden or late fees, and no impact on your credit score.* In some instances, your first payment is due when you make your purchase; otherwise, your first payment is due 2 weeks after your purchase.

No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.

If your refund amount is less than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect one or both of the following:

A smaller payment balance on the final paymentLess future payments on the remaining loan balance

If your refund amount is more than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect to receive the difference as a refund to your original debit card or credit card payment method within 3 to 10 business days.
